3. User Accounts

To use Captrr, you must create an account using Google OAuth. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Captrr to:

  • Upload, share, or process illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the Service
  • Use the Service for any fraudulent or malicious purposes
  • Interfere with the operation of the Service or other users' access
  • Upload content containing malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Scrape, crawl, or collect data from the Service without permission
  • Impersonate any person or entity

5. Intellectual Property

Captrr and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to Captrr, including screenshots and queries. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

5.3 AI-Generated Content

AI-generated responses are provided for informational purposes only. You may use AI-generated content in accordance with applicable laws, but we make no claims regarding ownership of AI outputs.

6. Privacy

Your use of Captrr is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

7.1 No Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7.2 AI Limitations

AI-generated responses may contain errors, inaccuracies, or incomplete information. You should not rely solely on AI outputs for critical decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI responses.

7.3 Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CAPTRR AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
